Finger Lakes Cookies was founded by Lori A. Bush through a dream and a desire to carry on the legacy of her parents, Tom and Lois Bush, in helping community grow.
Through one cookie at a time, Lori has grown Finger Lakes Cookies into not only a small town storefront, but also a business that caters to weddings, corporate events, a business that caters to walk-in clients, small business events, large corporate events, SUNY Geneseo events, school fundraising efforts, bike races, 5Ks, corporate cookies, and fundraising opportunity.
The mission of Finger Lakes Cookies is to provide a venue in which through the purchase of each cookie a portion supports a need across our community locally, nationally, and internationally. Locally, we provide an internship program and employment opportunities for developmentally disabled adults. We believe communities are built on partnerships...."as it is through many that we can achieve much". We incorporate local wines, brews, and distills into our cookies making unique and amazingly delicious gourmet cookies. We, in addition, partner with local schools and local organizations to raise funds to make a difference in this world.
Finger Lakes Cookie Company's mission is to provide a fun, inclusive, skill building environment for our local developmentally disabled
We provide an internship program and opportunities for employment.
